Music Therapy for Emotional Wellness

Music Therapy is a safe and accessible research-based practice which uses music as tool to provide emotional support. Music Therapy is facilitated by a Board-Certified Music Therapist in person or using a video conferencing software. These sessions can be held remotely in the comfort of your own home and can be beneficial for a variety of populations.
